The Most Reverend Frank R. Schuster is an Auxiliary Bishop for the Archdiocese of Seattle and is the Southern Regional Bishop for South King, Pierce, Olympic, South Sound and Southern Deaneries. He also serves Archbishop Etienne as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Catholic Community Services/Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington.
